Roof failure on Auto-Sleepers Trooper

I've had my electric roof fail on an Auto-Sleepers Trooper.

Auto-Sleepers first wanted £4,900 to fix this but they've reduced this to £2,350.

I think it's a design fault and several dealers have told me they know about problems with this roof design and it has now been withdrawn.

My dealer is supportive but as only Auto-Sleepers have the drawings and parts I'm stuck.

Anybody else know of these issues and how they were handled?
