In the cab aside from the fag lighter there is a 12V accessory socket.
Mine is dead but the fuse is OK. I've met another previous owner of an Autocruise like mine who said he experienced the same.
Does anyone know from experience what the problem could be?

In mine the two sockets are linked together, and only come on with the ignition. Possibly the connector on the back of the second socket has come loose or disconnected.

see if you can feel round it and push it back on.

On both Autocruise's that I have owned, on a peugeot chassis, they were disconnected on the conversion by Autocruise, and never re-installed.

Your's could be the same! Has it ever worked since you had the MH?

Thank you that seems the most plausible scenario Idea but in that case I wonder what that fuse does serve instead

The fuse is probably still there, and the wiring has been disconnected.

Why, I don't know, but I got the dealer to connect it on each occasion, on the basis that, if it is there it should work!

I have a theory that the erbaspacher has adopted that supply? I'll venture to pull the fuse next time I'm out and see

I could be wrong but it might be linked to the Radio isolation switch
