The long awaited Humax Freeview-HD PVR will be in stores from the second week in August. Initial stocks will be exclusive to Currys and PC World.
No details yet other than it will have capability to stream media files from a networked PC and to other network connected Humax Freeview-HD receivers. No price yet, but will not be cheap.

£329 on the Humax site.

I wouldn't think Currys and PC World will discount it to start with.

That is the price that I have heard, but it is not set yet.

Whether for home use if you already have a dish, or for motorhome use, I'm struggling to see any advantage of Freeview HD over Freesat HD. No doubt someone will put me right.

Freeview HD arrives in my area in April 2011 so hopefully the price will drop a little by then Cool

That's the one.

£299.00 rather than the £329.00 advertised on the Humax Direct site.
