Hello everyone,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Forces Windsurfing Challenge in aid of Help For Heroes.

In September or October 2010 (depending upon weather conditions) three Armed Forces windsurfing teams will attempt to circumnavigate the Isle of Wight in under 10 hours.

In windsurfing terms this is a mammoth undertaking and the physical equivalent of running three marathons back to back. The sailing distance is approx 100 miles.

We are doing it for Help For Heroes. A very worthy charity looking after injured troops.
