Wild Camping

Stopped last evening, swung Status 530 in direction of aerial on nearest cottage. Got most Channels first time then with teak in direction got all. OK

Moved 2 miles, into slight valley, tried same direction, nothing on digital nor analogue, checked on website for direction - confirms 268 degrees to Oxford Tx 11M and 201 degrees to Hannington 34M.

There is an overhead electricity cable running at 90 degrees to the Oxford bearing at distance 50m and height 10m?.

Can that affect either DTV and /r analogue signals - I would think not at their frequencies? But maybe it has some 'bearing' on problem - Sorry Pun!

If no luck will have to make do with MHF (finished paper!)
