Replacement LCD Screen? Or just buy a kit?

As you can see, I'm getting my tenner's worth out of the subscription with posts all over the board. This time it's the reversing camera we have.

Basically it all works except the LCD screen is broken. As you can see from this pic..

See the big black mark, that's where some fluid has been "liberated" rendering it useless. However we know the camera is working as even in the screen's broken state it still lights up when reverse gear is selected and the mashed screen does change a little as the picture behind would change.

My question is, should I just dump this kit and buy a new one or can I find a replacement screen?

The camera on the back would be easily changed and new kits of the same type cost about £25, but I'm just wondering what my options are here.

Have a look on ebay for a new screen, you will be amazed at how cheap you can pick one up for!!

Watch the postage charges though, some sellers REALLY screw you for P&P Shocked

I did do a quick search, but couldn't find one that was the same. Only full kits of the same type for £25. Do you know if camera's work with any LCD screen. I believe they are all on the same bandwidth in terms of the wireless so I suppose any one should work but I have no experience with them.
