In response to customer feedback we have now added another line of communication to Outdoorbits

We now have a free "Call Me Back" service

Feedback is that some customers do not like phoning 0845 numbers as the call doesn't come under the umbrella of their free calls packages (specifically from mobile phones)

So for those who do not want to incurr call charges can now simply go to our >>Customer Support Page<< on our site and click on the Call Me Back link, they fill in their number and instantly they get put through to one of our operators.

This runs alongside our standard communications methods as follows:-

1. Phone lines 0845 8698940 with call queing
2. Online Live Help Chat
3. Email
4. Customer Helpdesk

We strive to improve our service constantly, we listened to customer feedback last year and removed our 0870 number which it seems the whole of the industry has moved away from due to the negativity associated with those numbers and now again moving over to Lo-call rate number and associated free methods of communication.
