Hi I wonder if anyone can help.

A year or so ago, Shane at Snellyvision upgraded our sky dish from a single LNB to a twin, with a Humax box.

Itbwas great as we could either record two channels our watch one and record another.

We have changed MH and the set up has all been transferred to our new MH so i don't know if some setting has been altered.

Last wee whilst away in the MH I pressed the instant record button for the Royal Variety and then tried to turn over to ITV for Emmerdale.

There was no way I could find to watch Emmerdale, as every time I went to the guide and tried to turn over it would only let me go to the BBC and the programme I was recording. I didn't know how to stop the recording so that I could turn back over to ITV.

Next day I had a bit of a mess around with the Humax controls, although I was dubious to do so as I didn't want to upset then whole thing and be unable to watch anything later on.

I did find that the box was detecting two LNBs with 100% signal.

But there is no way the box will let me use more than one channel at a time.

Can anyone help a techie thickie and tell me what to do ?

try doing a factory reset.

This can make the humax re-avaluate whether it can record two channels at once.

Thanks. Will that affect anything that Shane set up when it was installed ? As I am scared I will upset things.
