We recently bought an 02 reg Autosleeper Pollensa on a Transit 350MWB 2.4Di. It came with a factory fitted remote alarm/imobiliser which works fine. It also has a Cobra 7915 alarm with habitation door and bonnet switches and ultrasonic sensors by the central interior light. There are no zappers for this alarm and it doesn't seem to be working although on one occasion the LED on the dash did flash a couple of times.
I was wondering if anyone knows whether this alarm is supposed to set when pressing the Ford zapper or is it just that the zappers are missing as is most likely the case.
If this is so, does anyone know whether, if I bought a Cobra zapper, it could be programmed to the alarm as I would like the extra protection it offers.
Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated.
Regards,
Den & Sue Morgan

I have a Cobra alarm fitted to my autotrail, complete with remote fob and hand book. There are several combinations that can be used depending on the number of times one squeezes the fob. The best bet is to either Google the make and type to see if you can access the handbook on line, which would confirm method of operation , or alternatively, pick the brains of a good quality installer Happy new year .

I have a cobra alarm fitted as well, but mine is controled with the original Fiat remote fob, for outside setting and a little control tit and knob on the dash for setting up while occupied.
