Workshop manual online

I was looking for a Ducato manual for the laptop and chose one from eManualonline as they have a British address and (working on the premise that "you get what you pay for") was a bit more expensive than most, at £9.99.

I consider myself tolerably computer-literate but after battling for almost 2 hours installing new programs on my computer to make the thing run I ended up with a very sketchy "manual", with some words remaining untranslated from the Italian, such as sterzo and motore.

I never did manage to download any of the diagrams (eg wiring diagrams). Having almost lost the will to live I just ditched it and bought a CDROM version on eBay for about £4. It's just arrived and is very good. I got the wiring details I was after within three minutes.

The only "review" on the eManual site awards their product Five Stars and is glowing with praise. Three days ago I submitted a balancing "review", awarding one star. This was to be viewed by them before publishing it on the site. Surprise surprise, it still hasn't appeared!

So consider the above a review of this particular product for the benefit of MHF.[I]

Hi. Nothing wrong with you Blade, they drove me round the bend. For about ten days I struggled to sort things out with them. Its a load of rubbish and if you contact them they try to get you to buy a disc. On top of your net purchase. I wrote it off after loosing the will to live. Advice ask a dealer. B/W. John.

Hi

If you join the Fiat Forum (free) then you can go to their download section and download the official Ducato workshop manual for free:

Not that the Fiat manuals are very comprehensive, nor are they easy to use - but there's no need to pay for one.
