I hardly think the staff have issues here, to my knowledge there has only ever been one issue like you mention and this wasn't the staff member who started the issue, it was a member who had partaken of one too many drinks who took an on site issue they had (they had been moderated) and decided to turn it into a face to face confrontation and actually get physical with the staff member.
I don't want this thread to become a marker page for any changes as it was about something entirely different so I am locking this thread
