Can any one give me advise on the following:
• Filling Spanish Repsol Propane gas bottles in the South of England
• Filling/swap Spanish Repsol and/or British Propane gas bottles in Italy Slovenia France

I don't think you will be able to re-fill the Repsol bottle here.
You can get them in the south of France. They are dearer than in Spain.
Not sure how you stand in Italy. The only place I have found that will fill any bottle is Portugal.
