Timotei | New Apache 700SE + roof aircon + gaslow + SOG + bike rack + cobra alarm. | Excellent service when buying new Apache 700SE - Paul in particular was very helpful and understanding when doing the handover and giving us an "idiots" guide! All the work on the extras I ordered was carried out to a very high standard and on time. When one of the overlocker light fittings failed, Steve (in servicing) immediately ordered a replacement, and even offered to pay for a local electrician to fit it for me at home to save the 200mile round trip to Copley. Because initial work was of such a high standard, I decided to take the vehicle back up to them when one or two other minor teething problems presented themselves (no quibbles about these - just tell Steve what needs doing and thats that!). So pleased with their work that I have also asked them to fit a solar panel for me. I have no doubts that this and the warranty work will be carried out to the same high standard as before. I collect the Apache next saturday and will update on this work then. By the way, picking you up or dropping you off at the railway station is all part of the service! Top work and top guys! Well done Richard Baldwin Motorhomes!
