Various faults with vehicle & parts missing [ It appears that the van had been used as a spare parts bin! ] Despite spending £ 40K we were treated as though we had bought an old banger for £ 2 K. We will never deal with them again |

First class backup (and I'm a grumbler!). No prob or question too small for them to pay attention to. They even phone back out of hours. |

Brownhills service wouldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks. We ended up fitting a different make at our own expense to prevent cancellation of the holiday. All our contact with Brownhills was verbal (unfortunately) due to the urgency, and when the faulty charger was delivered as requested for investigation, no receipt was obtained. The charger was promptly lost. Numerous calls later, and no satisfaction, we wrote to the MD, cc Swift. Brownhills have still not acknowledged our letter of complaint. Swift investigated, and Browhills denied all knowledge. Shoddy deceiptful non-existent service. Not interested once your cheque has cleared. Would not recommend Brownhills to anyone – but please don’t let this put anyone off Swift. |
