Michael Field | Supplied 1st Motorhome (S/h Autocruise Starlet ll) | Initially took far too long to prepare 'van, and missed lots of items negociated to be done when going to collect, resulting in leaving 'van for further nine days until all work completed. Although staff were courteous, I lost almost a month's potential use after taxing and insuring the vehicle. A few additional items were supplied which only partly compensated for this loss. More accurate timing, and more communication with the customer would help.
