Allowed 2 weeks for servicing etc. but when wnt to collect it as not ready. When it arrived from the workshop it had not been valetted as promised and a problem with the clutch was discovered. We left without the Autosleeper with a promise that it will all be fixed. Was then advised that a new gearbox was required and it should be delived today. After many, many ignored phone calls, we have now been told it should be delivered next Tuesday. During this time the salesman who was looking after this and communicating with me failed to do so and has been away until Saturday. finally managed to speak to Sales Mamager. Adrian Davis who listened to me but appears to have passed the problem back to the workshop!Their lack of communication and care has been very bad. I am still waiting to see if it will be delivered next week. I will not hold my breath! | 06/12/2007 |  [PVG] Jack Bennett | Supplied Second Hand Motorhome | Bad Service | 15/11/2007 |  [alfa147] David Freeman | Warranty repairs of motorhome supplied by them | No complaint with the sales department regarding the purchase of two motorhomes in the last three years. However, After Sales service and warranty repairs were abysmally poor. On one occasion the vehicle was returned to me with various parts including the windscreen washer pump missing. I would add that the repair was for a squeaking roof!!!!! External mirror glasses had also been changed!!!! On a second occasion when the vehicle was booked in to have new rear lights fitted, the vehicle was returned to me with used rear lights (which were rusty inside) having been fitted (not the correct ones at that). I was not told that used lights had been fitted and unfortunately only found out when they failed within a short period of time whilst I was going on holiday.
