went here for 10 night in august 2011, the place is wonderful, massive outdoor pool (seasonal) indoor door is a good size too. view from the clubhouse and pool area is fab. it is quite a big site and if you like the evening entertainment get there very early to get a seat. shower block was good (mop for you to clean it out when you've finished, but some people just are to lazy) walked in town, took about 45 mins following the footpath with kids. walked to goodrington sands beach (15 mins) brilliant water park. park and ride into brixham (height barrier though for the car park). but if you have a go on the gokarts or golf just ask to leave your vehicle parked in their area. lots to do at the park and local area. will def be going back there.

Just got back after 2 nights stopover. Views over Torbay are worth the site fee. Toilets very clean, only indoor pool open. Walked down the hill to the right and caught bus to Torquay, Harvester on the harbour really good value for lunch, then caught bus to Brixham. Day ticket for unlimited travel was 4.50.
