Information:Caravan & Camping Club Certified Site, wonderful location, Open all year, owners are really nice. Easy to get to, set on 7.5 acre small holding with large lake full of fish, frogs etc...also a kingfisher during early mornings at the right time of the year. Railway station 5 mins walk away, about 6 single carriage trains a day so not noisy but very useful for trips to towns, is the 'Heart of Wales' railway line. 5 Hardstandings, CDP, Waste Water, Fresh Water supplies. No toilet/shower block as yet but might be sometime soon, however this leads to its charm as is very quiet. If you are planning to stay a while owner is happy to do your washing for a minimal fee.

This really is a lovely little camp site all hardstanding and very quiet. It is about 5 miles into Llandovery from the site where you can easily park a motorhome in the Castle car park.

To locate the campsite, the following directions were supplied:-

Take the A483 from Llandovery towards Cynghordy for approx. 4.5 miles.
At Cynghordy, pass the "Glen Bran", pub and take the next turning left.
Proceed along this road, over a bridge and take the first turning Right (follow sign for train station).
"Cwmcuttan", is about 400m on the right hand side.

The site is well maintained and peaceful, with plenty of open space around each site to ensure a degree of privacy, and the Hard-Stands are level and firm.
The Fresh Water tap is situated well away from the Toilet Disposal Point, so there is little chance of cross-contamination.

The nearest town for provisions etc. is Llandovery, where there is an easily accessible Pay-and-display car park. Alternately, entering the town on the A40 from Brecon, there is a small supermarket with parking.

All-in-all, a very pleasant place to tour from - or just laze around in!
