very nice site but as with all or most irish sites far to expensive.

Review Rating:: Very Good - Score 7

Stayed here 22-25 August 2010.
Very clean, quite a small site and 1 euro for a not very hot shower.
Old hotel next door very convenient for a pint and the food was acceptable.
10 mins walk to small town with small supermarket and several pubs/bars.
The beach is quite a hike and I would suggest you drive there.
Kerry Bog Village (pre-famine buildings etc) is 10 minutes drive.
As mentioned quite expensive, we stayed 4 nights but if we go back to the Ring would probably only use as a stop over.

Stayed here Sept '09, nice site, great beach nearby.
Agree with other review way to expensive for overnight 23 euro.

We found it pleasent but grossly overpriced considering you had to pay for the showers. We might have felt better about it if the showers had actually worked

On the positive side. it's very convenient for the Ring of Kerry, Horse riding on Rossbeigh beach and there are a couple of decent pubs just down the road.
