We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival in France, just 40 mins drive from Dieppe. All roadworks now seem to have been finished and we had no problem finding the aire and pitching up. Grass, numbered pitches in front of the river offer a lovely view of the Seine with its boats travelling up and down. We did need to use levelling blocks though. Hard-standing at the back was flatter but taken up by people staying longer. Gent came around at dinner-time to collect the 5 euros.
We would certainly use this aire again.

Lovely location but still working on the roads, you could access the site but it was muddy & noisy. Drove on to Cleres where we met a couple who give us info on this website!

Due to redevelopment of the village main street, this aire will be closed from October 14th 2013 until sometime in the spring of 2014.

An earlier comment suggested that electricians were hard at work installing EHUs. They weren't, they were installing lamp posts! Regarding the comment about the local vet. I have pointed out to them that we have dogs in Scotland, Wales & N.I. - it is tiresome always being called "Anglais"!

One of our favourite aires. Great location, easy dog walking and no hassles.
2013 cost is still 5 Euros/night (Apr-Oct). Jeton for service point still 3 Euros.
Have stayed there 4 times now and always happy to go back.

This is probably one of the best aires in france. great for chilling out on the way down south west or on the way back. Quiet and with small village with butchers/bakers/pizza shop and restaurant. Dont know why its not all ways full. Jetons available at the bakers in village

Just to add to the usefulness of this aire, a vet has now opened a surgery withing a hundred yards of the aire so excellent for check-ups before return to the UK. Vet phone number is and they're open weekdays and Saturday mornings.

I can only back up what others have said already.. Fantastic spot...
Nice large marked pitches overlooking the Seine. Aire de service at the end of the lane for grey and toilet dump etc..
Man collects 5 euro at tea time and gives a receipt. Very quite, small village with 2 bakeries only 2 mins away.. Well worth a visit..

Agree this is an excellent site. They seem to be installing power points for each pitch. The cable has been installed and the electicians were hard at work whilst we were there, end of september.

Now marked out for 40 vans, still 5 euros a night, marked pitches both back and front, marker has to be right on left corner of van not in centre as we thought and had to move over around 18" nice man but bit of a jobs worth. Gorgeous site and had 2 wonderful cycle rides in both directions from Aire, a little bumpy for my city bike but well worth it. Take away Pizza's good as is boulengerie.

Our 2nd ever French Aire and what a find. Definately one to visit if you're anywhere near! 5 Euro for the night (we had a spare jeton from St Valery).

Lovely aire that is clean, quiet and well maintained. Plenty of room for larger vans and RVs. Lovely views across the Seine and lovely surrounding scenery. Prices for overnight and jetons have not changed.

Don't forget that it's tidal at this point on the Seine - don't be too enthusiastic for the river-edge pitches if the river's already high, as it was back in March! But still our favourite Aire, & water levels much reduced a couple of weeks later when we returned in early April....

We visited this aire on 19th May having been unable to secure a pitch at St Valery-En-Caux and what a find. This must be one of the best aires in France. There is room for about 40 motorhomes. There is no height/length restrictions. We sat outside beside the river's edge drinking our wine watching the passing ships. It is still free for toilet/grey waste disposal but the Raclet Jetons cost 3 Euros from the local patisserie for 100 ltrs of fresh water. Good level waterside paths for cycling/walking with plenty of wildlife about. The small local village market, held in the adjacent street, on the Friday was worth a visit. We ended up staying for 3 nights and made lots of friends. All pitches are on slightly sloping grass (chocks required) which might prove a problem when wet

We have visited this Aire in January and late March this year and found it brilliant. In JANUARY it was very quiet with only a few vans but in late MARCH it was nearly full and we had to pitch near the entrance to the Aire facing the Seinne. The location is fantastic and overlooking the Seinne. Try the Depan'Pizz in the village for a fantastic take-away Pizza.

When we arrived July3rd 2008 the Aire was full, with only 2 spaces on the hard standing in front of the Gendarmerie. However, everyone had to move off because a notice appeared stating that there was an height limit of 2 metres in this area. To say it caused consternation is putting it mildly!

There is however a very nice municipal on the road at the back of the Aire which is 8 Euro per night with toilet facilities. The electricity is 3 euro extra

One of our favorite sopping places, an excellent Aire, I endorse fully the site description, no problem for large motorhomes and RVs of any length..
