Having spent a happy week here at the start of the summer, 2 adults and a dog, we rebooked for another week at the end of the summer.
During our first visit the owners and staff were really helpful, advising us about places we could visit with and without our dog. Having exercised her, we left her in the shady ventilated caravan for an hour or so and sightseed.

On the second day of our second visit the owners daughter told us that it was agains Caravac Club rules to leave the dog and that we couldnt. We showed her the rules and it did not state that. She told us that if we wished to leave the dog then we would have to put her in kennels. We said this was distressing for the dog as she has never been in kennels. The lady said that if we left her she would phone the RSPCA. We told her that no one had made this threat in our first visit, there was no indication of this rule before in booking information, website or on signs in the site. We said we had driven 2 hours to get here and didnt want to leave plus there was no availability on any local sites.
So she then refunded our money, minus the deposit and told us to leave by midday. We were given two hours to pack our caravan, awning and bikes and go.
