Adding picture in a post?

Hi,

Me being a luddite, I can't add a picture to a post.

I have tried here, but it's just the code that shows up and no picture!

Can anyone tell me in simple terms what I'm doing wrong?

Try:

Hmmmmm. go to your album on facts.
Select picture you want
Click on item actions
Click on get item urls
Copy the one which is BB code thingy in middle of bottom three
Click IMG thingy above looks like a wee hill on a postcard ( 6th from left)
Paste URL into it.
Remove 1st and last
Submit!!
Bobs yerr piccie!!

I did this using the above code which has some spaces added before the http
so that the code displays rather than the picture

I used the technique used by Carol but I dont bother with the extra steps I just get the code from get URLs as she describes and paste it in.

I go away for my tea, and when I come back, I've got the answer!

Just to prove I can do it, and should now go to the top of the class, here is one I made earlier!

get irfanview, free download, reduce size of piccy, nice though, shame I had to look at it from the other end of the street :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

No, it's La Tania, at the aire as you go into the town on the left hand side before the ski lift. Makes me wanna just pack the van.......................
