Just thought we would repost information that was lost from previous files.
Anyone who is a conformed Coeliac (alergic to gluten) has a problem refreshing the special bread that they have to eat.
This is usually done in a microwave oven, but as few vans have this facility it can be quite a problem.
We found a solution by putting a couple of slices in a plastic food bag then boiling it in a saucepan for a couple of minutes before removing from the bag and cooling on a wire rack. Also a useful tip if you are on a self catering holiday with limited facilities.

Hi Mandy and Dave.
We thought the tip was worth re-posting for any newer members, its surprising how many people are now being diagnosed as Coeliac. We did forget to tell people to tie the bag before boiling it but thought that was obvious. Bread can also be toasted.
If members have found alternative solutions, we would be pleased to hear.
