Anyone who is a conformed Coeliac (alergic to gluten) has a problem refreshing the special bread that they have to eat.
This is usually done in a microwave oven, but as few vans have this facility it can be quite a problem.
We found a solution by putting a couple of slices in a plastic food bag then boiling it in a saucepan for a couple of minutes before removing from the bag and cooling on a wire rack. Also a useful tip if you are on a self catering holiday with limited facilities.
