Friends of ours want to go away for the forthcoming bank holiday but their usual site is all booked up (typical, left it til late, etc etc)...

Don't suppose anyone has a hot tip where we could try to get them somewhere to stay?

Pref in the middle slice of England (to include Norfolk and Suffolk) or as far down as north Devon.

Help?!

We have managed to get into the C&CC site at Cambridge but without electric.
All the other club sites we wanted in that area (central) are completely full.

I've just tried the link its, www.AvailablePitch.com you put in the dates to and from then search, there seems to be loads on there with all the contact details too. Good luck.

Tried a few sites today on availablepitch.com but with no luck.
Several were showing pitches available, but when i contacted them by phone they were full. :?

Is Mid Wales any good to you? You did give a good amount to choose from.

Fforest Fields near Builth Wells is really good and the website is normally updated if full. Email them and they are excellent at getting back to you.

I recieved an e-mail from Catherine Simpson ( availablepitch.com )
saying that if any of our members (mhf) have any similar problems,

ie: sites showing pitches available and when the are full.

We must contact her and she will deal with them immediately.
Persistent "offenders" will be moved to the site directory only.

availablepitch.com have also asked if we ( MHF ) would like to be added
to their links page. They would need to be sent a logo if this was agreed to.
Another job for you Nukeadmin.
