Was late renewing my subscription (on holiday!!!!) My aviaor was a green bouncing thing. I think it was blob 2. I cannot seem to get it back. Help please. I am also trying to use a photograph (instead of the blob) but I used the online help for downsizing it but it did not seem to work for me. I am not very computer literate I am afraid.

I've looked at the really useful video on importing an avatar. However, it says the picture must be under 100kb and I do not really understand how I can alter my picture to be able to use it.
