Buying Camper in New Zealand

Buying a vehicle is a popular option for extended trips around New Zealand.
HOWEVER, you need to be able to provide a PHYSICAL address to which the 'ownership' papers can be sent when you BUY and SELL the vehicle.
You will also be responsible for vehicle registration, insurance (for the vehicle, third-party damage and the contents) and certification.
