Bought my first MH today!!

I am now officially VERY excited!

Went to test drive the secondhand Bessacarr E445 today and have decided to go for it - collecting it in 2 weeks once its been serviced etc and can't wait! :D :D

Of course, I have no idea what-so-ever about motorhoming other than what I've read here so far but looking forward to the experiences it will bring and I'm sure you friendly lot will help me out. Got a friend coming in August for the weekend then me and the pooch are going to do the 1000 mile round trip to take her back to Scotland over a week long trip.

Thanks Peter, Lawrence was a star today by the way, especially as he had to put his life in my hands as I careered down the down the windy roads on the test drive :lol:

Congratulations, Ferg. We can all remember the excitement of getting our first van. AND the excitement of getting the 2nd van. AND the excitement every time we venture off the drive.

Oh yes Trev - Very, very excited! That's why I'm still awake and looking for gadgets to buy hehe......the dog, however, doesn't seem to share my enthusiasm and has taken up residence in my bed (again) grrr
