If you Google overlays for the Transit speedo there are many variations available. However, technically VOSA do not permit overlays as the MPH marking should be under the plastic screen, but..............
To be honest, once the testing station has done it's inspection, most people seem to remove the overlay and just have a sheet in the cab to remind them of the KPH / MPH conversion figures. I would not recommend replacing the speedo with a UK version. It's a real grind of a job. That's why I say, it's a real help if you have a friendly testing station. I made a few enquiries at the time and it is almost unknown for an inspector to visit from VOSA, so all you really need to do is convince the testing station that you have made a reasonable effort. It's not my intention to break the law, but it does seem that a degree of tolerance is shown by testing stations when implementing the rules.
As far as the lights are concerned, at the back, if your lights are individual rather than in a single cluster, all you need to do is swap the reversing light and fog light with a little modification of the wiring. For the front, I have looked at the requirements on a MOT testing station diagnostic screen and it is not necessary that the lights point left on dip. It is just a requirement that the lights do not dazzle oncoming traffic when on dip beam, so it is acceptable to use tape or deflectors. However enough light must shine out to provide sufficient light to drive in the dark.
