You've not told us which van you have, be aware that on the more modern Sevel based vehicles the cab cig lighter sockets are only live when the ignition is switched on.
If you are reasonably adept at d.i.y. you could remove the two pin socket you have in the rear and replace it with something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-24V-Dual-USB-Car-Cigarette-Lighter-Socket-Splitter-Charger-Power-Adapter-UK/193706654389?_trkparms=aid%3D1110010%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.DISCCARDS%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20200220090753%26meid%3Deb3c096737ea4e42afac47b24316fe47%26pid%3D100009%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D393092289392%26itm%3D193706654389%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675%26algv%3Ddefault%26brand%3DUnbranded&_trksid=p2047675.c100009.m1982
Ideally you should ensure that the supply to the existing socket has a fused link and that the fuse is adequate for the unit fitted, if not able to do so, then install a fuse in your wiring.
Ensure that you identify live and earth as anything you plug into either the socket or charge port will be polarity conscious.
