we need to be handy to A64, we have elderly parents [hope mum doesn't see this, i'm dead :? ] in Pickering on one side at Rochdale on the other, and sw york is probably about 1 hour with luck to either. like the looks of Pocklington tho. a nice size market town.
like ripon, leyburn thirsk n northallerton, but too far away from rochdale
