Petrol 100.9 p/ltr

Diesel 99.9 p/ltr

Diesel cheaper than petrol - That makes a pleasant change

I was in Northern Ireland a couple of weeks ago and petrol was dearer than diesel in quite a fgew places.

Diesel was 108.9 at our local yesterday with petrol "only" 101.9

This is almost 10% up on what they were when we came back about 3 weeks ago. I've not seen diesel cheaper than petrol for a long time -are you sure yours is not a mistake ?! Fill up now....

not quite the same here but just what we were saying over the weekend - the local Morrisons is 99.9 for petrol & 100.9 for derv, the closest I've seen it for some time

Our local Tesco has Derv 1p more than Petrol.

But our local Esso has Derv at 99p and Petrol at 1.01.

Several places here in North East Wales where petrol is dearer than diesel. The worst I have seen is petrol at 104.9 and diesel at 101.9 but most are selling them at the same price or diesel just 1p dearer.
The worst news is I have a fuel card for business use and I get notified each week as to what I will get charged, this is usually on a par with the retail price but today I was informed that this week's price for diesel is 107.9. This is a sure sign of further increases. (cheapest retail is 100.9)
