A 6.1 magnitude quake kills at least 1,000 people in the south-east, injuring hundreds more.

Whilst we all have compassion and a desire not to see such disasters befall the people in my mind there is an incongruity about this given what the Taliban have and are doing, to the people in that country (let alone any sponsorship of terrorism).

Separate issues. We must help but also monitor to ensure that there's no siphoning off. At least no more than is usual. Within the levels which are generally accepted elsewhere. Unfortunately.

I just can't help thinking "Gods Will"....?
Sad as it is all the praying over the last 2000 years hasn't made one jot of difference to natural disasters. When is someone going to twig?
