Does anyone know if I can get a kit all from one place with
2 x High Vis jackets
Warning Triangle
Red and White Chevron warning triangle for the bike rack
Spare bulb kit
Headlamp deflectors

I can find them all separetly on Ebay but not as a kit.

Someone like Towsure would sell all of the components, but they are likely to be cheaper seperately.

Just google european emergency kit and a whole range of suppliers will emerge.

Do not forget that a hi vis vest is required for each passenger

Also spare specs if you wear them for driving.

Couldnt find a kit that was just right so got all of the following online including postage

Sorted I reckon. Just got to MOT the Van and MOT and tax the scooter and we are good to go!!!!!!
