exellent customer care

Hi we bought a sunshade/windblocker at the NEC from a company called lillypad leisure (0845 2305260) but unfortunately we purchased the wrong size we contacted the company and they asked us to return it which we did,it was returned to us two days later job done they also gave us two tie down straps complete with ratchets every thing was free of charge WHAT A COMPANY i just had to let people know there are still good honest company's around who still believe in customer care.
