Good afternoon Motorhome Facts members.

Here at Timberland Motorhomes we have decided to join to help answer any questions or problems that relate to any vans we have sold or are currently advertising.

In the past we employed Louie who was going to write a new website and monitor and respond to any questions sent to us. Unfortunately shortly after starting Louie decided he wanted to work elsewhere and consequently we never got started on here in a manner that would be beneficial to all the members.

I have now taken responsibility and will be on hand to answer any of your queries and direct an appropriate response from the company.

I would like as much feedback as possible from any members who have had good, bad or even indifferent dealings with oursleves. It a can be very useful in developing this growing company.

I look forward to your posts and getting involved in any interesting topics.

Please be aware that we do visit 15 shows a year so occasionally you might find a slight delay in my response.

Kind regards and happy motorhoming.

Welcome to the forum Lee. :D

Always good to see a new trade member who is confident enough in his product to come on the forum and field all the queries and concerns. :D

Never had a Timberland but am impressed by their design and quality.

Unfortunately I'm 6' 3". 'Nuff said! 8O

Welcome to MHF. I dont own a van from yourselves but talked to your chaps at the NEC a few times prior to buying our Burstner and found them to be most helpful. A credit to you. As stated above good to see another company on here.

Nice to see a another Manufactor/converter/dealer on the forum to answer any problems. As you will see I dont have one of your vehicles at present, But I have dealt with Gary when he was at Brownfools (sorry to swear). Please send him my regards, good luck for the future.
Well you've already got members sitting up and taking notice, got to be the best £10 investment ever for a trade member.

Never did work out how a shoe maker started producing motorhomes though!! :D
This is good to see, Well done Timberland. =D>

All the best, 777.

P.S. Without hijacking the thread, its a shame some other manufacturers/dealers don't realise the benefit a loyal customer base can create, or more the point, how to create a loyal customer base.

I really like your casual shirts as well.......

You just know that you're going to get ribbed around here.

It is really good to see a supplier taking an active part - I wish you and your company all the very best; it'll be the best tenner you've ever spent.

Edited because I'm stupid and get easily confused.....
Hello Lee of TimberlandMOTORHOMES not shirts!!

May I extend yet another warm welcome to MotorhomeFacts and ask that your stay with us be a long and mutually beneficial one!

AuntieSandra and I bought our current motorhome from your company. We are very happy with it. In 18 months it has covered 8,000+ miles and is averaging over 26mpg.

Any issues with it have been dealt with appropriately. We did appreciate the new regulator which you sent to Lochalsh for us in March, although we weren't so keen on the early morning - 8.30am - phone calls to check details! (Joking really!)

Well done for putting your heads above the parapet by becoming full members.

We wish you well and hope your membership receives the credit it deserves.
