Break excessively binding offside rear
Break lagging in operation offside rear
Suspension arm ball joint excessively worn nearside front
Suspension component mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing strength offside rear (front spring mount)
Brakes imbalanced across an axle rear

Anyone recommend someone in Teesside area please? Iam gonna spend time ringing around.

Hi and Welcome

I'll bump it too...

We definitely have one member from Teesside so maybe he'll spot this and pop in with a recommendation.

The brakes shoukd be fairly straight forward. Motorhomes often sit around unused and the brakes can sieze up.
A mechanic can strip them, but free them up and lubricate them.
The worn suspension joint just needs replacing.
The corrosion around the top of the suspension spring will need a strength ING plate welding in place.
All of these are base fiat chassis repairs so no nerd for a motorhome specialist. They just need enough height in the workshop to lift it.

We all hope and pray that everything goes well, but of course, it’s for the safety of users and others that such things need to be done.

We all tend to forget that and just lame the person who says it, but think SAFETY for such things.

If you were driving your grandchildren around and the brakes failed at speed as the suspension arm disintegrated none of us would be at all critical for having such things pointed out, I also hope it all goes well.

Thanks for all yr help/advice. 🤞 I get "Betty" all sorted. Weve only had her 9mths so want a good few yrs out of her yet! Shelly x
