Hi,
following a trip to Morocco where we had the misfortune to have a tyre blow out on us, we had to change the wheel. Fortunately, we had purchased a small trolley jack, because the jack supplied with the MH by Peugeot was simply inadequate. There is no way that the original jack would raise the vehicle at all. This begs the question why PILOTE had not upgraded it at the time of the conversion - or perhaps they did and a previous owner had removed it!
SO BE WARNED - ENSURE YOUR JACK IS CAPABLE OF DOING THE JOB IT WAS INTENDED TO DO!!

We had a puncture last weekend. Fortunately the Peugeot-supplied scissor jack worked OK although we had to use a slab of slate (forunately to hand on the farmn we were staying at) as the jack just sank into the grass.

I will be adding a square of strong ply to my list of essential tools
