Hi All,

Yes, I know that this subject has been done to death loads of times but... can't find the info I want on the data base. When using this card in europe do you pay a fee for use of the ATM when withdrawing cash? Or, do you have to withdraw over the counter to save the 1.65E charge?

There is no fee whether you use over the counter or at an ATM.
I used my card yesterday at both in Cite Europe - no fee and an exchange rate of 1.14.

It is "out of Europe" where they are bringing in the charges All transactions still free within Europe :lol:

If you use the ATM's at a bank you will not be charged. But you may be charged if using other ATM's at place such as the Autohof service area's on the autobahns. Stick to withdrawing cash out at the banks and will not go wrong.
