I have started Clarkson's farm, even though I saw series one ages ago I have started from the beginning, It must be very popular world wide because it´s in 10 languages and yet I can´t get some English stuff in English it´s only in German so how did he manage 10 languages for his series I wonder.

Probably because he is so internationally famous from his Top Gear and Grand Tour days. They were popular on a global scale.

I tried it with German, it’s terrible because they overspeak whatever it’s called so you have 2 languages, he’s just eaten some raw horse radish .

We watched the new adaptation of All Quiet on the Western Front last night. It's available in dubbed English. Powerful stuff and a lengthy film considering how short the actual book is.

Thats the same one I watched months ago, why are you so far behind Graham, I wonder how many people like me had no idea about what happened at the end of the film, truly shocking.

It's not a race Jan. We watch what we want when we fancy it and seldom go on others recommendations tbh.

Who said anything about it being a race, I was under the impression people looked on this thread to see what others recommended or what not to bother with otherwise why bother looking at it, I add what I have seen and either say it´s good or not worth the time, I make a list of what others have said are good, but just lately it seems mostly me so maybe I´m flogging a dead horse here.

Numerous people post numerous things about numerous series. We don't watch a huge amount so by the time we come to add new series' we do our own searching. It maybe that then I remember that someone on here mentioned it but often that's not the case so we discover stuff ages after other folks. It doesn't matter though as it's all timeless really so it doesn't matter when we watch it so to us we are not far behind at all!
