Not everyone is reading my home thread, more people might be interested in Netflix though.
I downloaded it on Monday and have been watching more of "Anne with an E" free of charge :grin2: (I was watching it at Heike´s). If I want to carry on with Netflix then after 30 days I start to pay 7.99€ a month.
"Anne with an e " is "Anne of Green Gables" . in case you didn´t know and I am thoroughly enjoying it, better than all the blood and guts and fantasy stuff Netflix has.
I have never read the book and didn´t realise it all happens in Canada, but I bet there aren´t many who have never heard of the classic.
There are 3 prices for Netflix in this country, maybe the same everywhere I don´t know.

Good Luck to you Leo Grande staring Emma Thompson.

Maybe you know this film, but I`d never heard of it. 👍

It`s on Prime and the Germans Translated it to My hours with Leo/Meine Stunden mit Leo.

What do I look under to find a Leo 😊
I started watching Prime the other day seeing as I'm paying for it seems silly not too.

Last night we watched "The Founder" it's about McDonalds how they started as two brothers then got bought out by a fly by night salesman and basically got ripped off..

A character I couldn`t bare to watch when he was alive, but I watched `Jimmy Savile a horror story´ last night. A shocking 2 part documentary, just unbelievable how he `got away with it´ for over half a century.

Last night on Prime we watched (in German only which is stupid because it´s an American thing) Texas Killing fields,
It said at the beginning Violence, alcohol use, smoking. In unison Heike and I said "What no sex". 😂 we all 3 laughed until we cried.

Not too bad until the last 30 minutes then a five year old must have wrote the script Willis looked like he thought so too,

We watched a film I have seen before with Jason Statham. I couldn`t find anything interesting other than what we had watched on Netflix so I am going to save myself 7.50€ a month during the summer and watch Prime instead. If Netflix hasn`t got new films by the end of the summer I expect I will have forgotten the ones I have seen and can watch them all over again. :ROFLMAO:

LOL! I watch loads of films and series more than once. I could probably write the script to The Blues Brothers. Just finishing Ozarks for the second time as Michelle decided she wanted to watch it when we went away last year. I still dont understand WTF is going on half the time. :D

Just seen another Liam Neeson film Hard Power on Prime and we all enjoyed it.
Last night was the most nonsensical film we have ever seen, it`s on Prime, title PIG. Nicholas Cage was the main character and now I know not to take notice of film reviews. Half the time it is impossible to understand whet is being said, nothing to do with how your hearing is, thats the way the film was made.
We started watching a new series to us on Netflix last night, called The Accident. Pretty good first episode so we'll see how it goes. Stars Sarah Lancashire amongst others.
Looking for The Accident, which I don`t have, found The Accountant not quite as nonsensical as Pig, but a bit scary for parents with children that have Aspergers or Autism, if I had been on my own I wouldn`t have watched it, but in the end it was all right, very over the top of course.

Yes we watched The Accountant and I kept up with the plot but it was too twisty for my wife and she gave up after 30 mins.

Ray.
IDA RED on Prime, 2021 film, We all enjoyed it.
We finished The Accident on Netflix last night. Only a 4 parter and very well done we thought.
