Don't buy the one in the first post.
It's an old cable operated model and by the sound of it the cables are on their way out, it'll cost a lot more than the asking price to renew them.

I'm not familair with the model in the second post, looks as if it's a fully hydraulic model so should be more reliable and cheaper to maintain (less to go wrong).
The main problem with all these lifts is the mods required to the vehicle in order to fit them. You really need a rear dorway so the operating gear can be bolted between the chassis rails. The cost of buying any used one is likely to be dwarfed by the cost of installing it.

You will have to be careful with weight also as these lifts are very heavy and not many motorhomes will have the spare capacity for one especially when you also need other equipment like your chair on board.
It may help if you could tell us what the exact details of your motorhome are, weights etc as there are some specialist lifts on the market that may suit you but they don't come cheap.
