There is a good spot on the A66.If you leave the M6 at the A66 junction,cross over the motorway heading west,turn back on yerself at the first roundabout and you are now heading back toward the M6,you will see the place where there is an open air market,think its every saturday,no matter,its a big car park and you should be ok for a quiet night. seamus.
