Good afternoon I am going to get in touch with Oyster tomorrow but thought I would throw it out there in case one of you can help. I won’t bore you with all the details but all the settings are all over the place. It needs resetting from the beginning all the parameters need to be reset. Have any of you got the instructions on how to proceed with that ? It’s a 2016 model. Tia 👍

It's not difficult to change the transponders.




Obviously you don't want Hispasat, but the method is valid.

Let us now how you get on as that info, along with Alan's post above, could turn this into a useful thread as I have also had problems with my Maxview system before now.

Morning all I managed to get hold of a technical advisor at Oyster this morning who couldn’t do enough to help us out. He talked me through all the set up menus and like magic it is all working . There are still good people out there he was brilliant. A great advert for customer services well done Oyster 👍👍🥂
