i havent had a good look but how do they know when campsites are busy etc ?

I would think it uses the same or a similar search engine as the Holiday agencies?

Reading thro the FAQ, the site owner has to log in each day or when he has taken a booking and then site details are updated. If that is what you mean Dave, if this is not what you were looking for I will go away

I think you may be right HelenB I have a friends in Spain who advertises on an Holiday-online company that does just that. I should have remembered that because I helped them to set it up :roll:

no-ones answered my question though i.e. how does the site actually determine whether a pitch is free or not ?
