Hi Can anyone post a foto or two of the layout [or tell me] of the power steering pipes and coolant pipe on the right hand side of a 1987 Fiat Ducato 2.5 TD engine, [or similar]. I had a new cambelt and water pump fitted and 30 miles later the power steering pipe from the pump to the rack wore through. The coolant pipe was pressing it against the horn and it made a hole. My camper is a 1987 Hymer 644. I guess many other models will have a similar layout of these pipes. What I really need to know is which pipe is on the left, in the middle and on the right as they descend alongside the timing cover. Please specify if you mean left/right as you are looking at it from the front of the van, or left/right of the vehicle. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tony

If it were me I would be returning to whoever carried out the cam belt replacement for THEM to sort it all out (at no cost to me) as they clearly didn’t take sufficient care in routing the pipes after their work!
