I'm sure a few will know Andy from the many forums and rally's he Jac's have been on and his knowledge on electricals etc . Unfortunately he is very poorly in hospital with a massive stroke and swelling of the brain .

Latest update from Jacs his wife.
Andy is still not out of the woods. He is very poorly and being assessed on an hourly basis. He is responding to pain stimuli but not to commands .We need more time to see whether he can improve.

Being new to all this I don't know him, but have read much of his content regarding improvements etc that he has made to his van (s). This in turn has helped my understanding of things.

I had a 2009 Rapido 7090 when Techno had his. I believe he bought his from Carol who was a stalwart of the forum in those days. His posts regarding the technicalities were always informative, detailed and to the point.

My darling Andy is with the angels now, a shining star watching over us all from above. As his family we are beyond heartbroken. Your hundreds of kind messages, memories, well wishes and prayers have buoyed us over the course of these last intensely difficult days and you will never know how much it has meant to us to see how loved and well regarded Andy is. As a family we need to maintain radio silence for a while now, as we process our own grief and make the arrangements for the final part of Andy's journey.
