the snow stopped during the late evening and I left an outside light on all night, thank goodness Jürgen had changed it to an LED last year otherwise it would have been 8 hours or more of 500 wats.
no talk of snow, but the trees look lovely with the white frost and it will stay between minus -5 and-2 this morning they say.

Stayed frosty and pretty all day, but didn`t really feel terribly cold, no wind.
I did have a funny experience as I was passing under a tree just as a lot of birds flew over the tree, some of the frost fell off like hale.

There is a warning sign for this morning, it isn`t windy or wet so I suppose that means watch out on the road for black ice.
Says cloudy all day, at the moment overcast and looks full of snow, but neither forecast mentions snow. Still just below freezing, as there is no sun I had better be careful where I tread when I take Motley out. The trees are not as white as yesterday.
