TV Bracket

Hello everybody - wonder if anyone can help please.............

We have a bessacarr E590 and so far so good (we have just driven to Spain in it and are now at our place there for the summer :D ) Anyway, all the way over here, the TV kept swinging all over the place and making a right rackett!! Do any of you have any suggestions as to what we can do to prevent this please? (would rather not get a new bracket).
Has anyone else had the same problem?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

hi Jenny,

We had the same problem,it's the weight of the TV causing the problem with all the vibrations when travelling.
Fitting one of
>>>THESE<<< solved it.it's very easy just to unclip the TV from the bracket and store it whilst travelling.
Never had the problem as I put a piece of Velcro on the bracket and another piece on the side of the wall that the TV swings back to, (they then stick together) Also a small brass eye to tie to holding it in position with a nice piece of coloured cord.
Does not move at all. :D
TV

Hi

I used to remove my tv from the bracket for travelling but after forgetting to do this a couple of times, I no longer bother. The bracket is tight though and I place a dollop of Blu-tack behind the TV so absorb any banging noises. The Velcro sounds more professional though. Thanks for the tip.

Thank you all for your help.
I think I will send off for one of those brackets as there is nowhere to fix velcro as the tv doesn't go close enough to anything for it to stick. Just removing the tv whilst moving would be the easiest solution.
Thanks once again to you all
I don't put the Velcro on the TV but on the arm of the bracket that when folded back makes contact with the bulkhead that the bracket is fixed to. :D
