Unusual behavior

So there we were touring northern Spain and were curious as to why motorist and others waving or shouting something as we travelled around. It was not until i stopped and happened to come up behind our camper that i found a large election notice with this guy's picture on it stuck on the back. It must have happened when we stopped for a break up in the Pecos where a large party also stopped, they had all the things connected to elections with them. I thought it quite a laugh.
