Hooray, just got some news today. Should be getting the van back soon.
A one week job (so they told us) has now only been six weeks today.
Unbeknown to us they had it for four weeks and never even touched it !! :x

They won't be smiling when we get hold of them :!:

I think they will do anything to get rid of us on the day, especially if any customers are present.
They've lied to us over the phone and have been altogether useless really

Well we finally got her back, picked her up on saturday dinner time. Have got another 18 months warranty put on.
We decided to go to Barnard Castle C&CC site for the night, which is not far from the dealers. Lovely site and very nice Wardens, the countryside is beautiful. Went to Bowlees Visitor Centre/Picnic area today was very nice see pictures in our album.

I see from another post that it is possible to change the album so that the pics can be re-arranged.

Thanks Gillian, yes fingers crossed that will now be the case. Wish we had got it back earlier, could maybe have made the Midlands rally, looks like a good time was had by all.

Yeah it's good to have the van back, got another years warranty on it when this one runs out.
